1. Credit card details must be provided when making a reservation in order to secure the booking. Card will not be charged unless requested by customer, or less than a 2-hour notice by phone or 24-hour notice by email is given for a cancellation. Payment to be made with the driver on the day. 2. A no contact with customer (No Show) will result in the full amount of the journey to be charged. 3. All credit cards carry a 10% processing charge, as in the taxis. (Cab charge). 4. A $3.00 - $12.00 parking fee applies from the domestic terminal for airport pick up. 5. A $12 parking fee applies for pick-ups from the international terminal. 6. A 20% surcharge applies for pick-ups between 12:00pm and 5:00am (Similar to taxis). 7. Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge. 8. A $10.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule applies. 9. Different prices apply for large special events/days such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival (Melbourne Cup), Christmas Day, New Years Eve, etc. (ask for a quote) 10. Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at $16.50 per 15 minute segments.(eg. 20 minutes will be charged $33). 11. We reserve the right to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We are THE BEST ALTERNATIVE FOR YOUR TRANSPORT at reasonable rates. Airport Transfers are our speciality. Our set rate from Melbourne Domestic Terminal to Melbourne Central Business District (Downtown) is AU$60.00 all-inclusive, from the International Terminal to the C.B.D. AU$70.00 all-inclusive and from Avalon Airport to the C.B.D. $115.00 all-inclusive. Sightseeing tours and corporate multiple hour bookings, are charged by the hour. Our hourly rate is AU$66.00 inclusive and our minimum charge is AU$44.00 inclusive GST. For payment we accept cash, all major credit cards and Cab charge vouchers. |
